Recently, I delved into the complex world of escort services in France, specifically focusing on the legal aspects surrounding this industry. While prostitution is legal in France, several activities related to it, such as soliciting, pimping, and operating a brothel, are prohibited. In 2016, a new law was implemented, making it illegal to pay for sex, shifting the criminal responsibility from sex workers to clients.
